What is the trick to being excellent at your role?

"Being flexible and adapting. Planning events, coordinating travel, managing schedules–these things rarely happen without hiccups and last minute changes. Accepting that plans are fluid and being prepared for that helps."

What tech do you avoid in your personal life?

"Anything that involves programming and requires an instruction manual to be read and followed. For me, great tech is intuitive and should make life simpler and easier."

What’s your passion outside of work?

"Anything to do with great food and hospitality – from watching other people cooking to reading about cooking and then attempting to do it myself. Admittedly I am not always successful, but I’m definitely a feeder."

Who inspires you?

"My daughter who just marches to the beat of her own drum and will give most things a go at least once. Being able to witness her wonder at things we take for granted is truly special. She is always a great reminder to enjoy the small moments in life."




