Constantinople provides an entirely new category of software-as-a-service that radically simplifies how banks run and operate. The all-in-one solution fully manages the infrastructure and operational aspects for their client banks, including customer experience, banking products and features, operations, servicing, and compliance. By abstracting away the operational complexity of banking, Constantinople allows its client banks to focus on the business of banking.

Constantinople’s services cover both retail and business banking. Its platform supports a full suite of customer products, including mobile and web apps, transaction and savings accounts, payments, debit and credit cards, and a range of secured and unsecured lending products. Constantinople also supports all underlying operational services, including onboarding, AML, fraud, lending origination, credit decisioning, regulatory reporting, and customer service. The platform uses software to embed compliance obligations, risk settings, and automated controls.
