We're one global team but we've got our own stories. Here's what makes us tick.

What’s your passion outside of work?

Health and fitness with a strong focus on mental health. I have a background in Psychology, and I’ve always been really fascinated with the way the brain wires and fires, particularly when it comes to developmental psychology and the way that both nature and nurture shape our internal perceptions of the world early on. After dealing with my own mental health struggles, I became obsessed with brain plasticity and building my toolkit to be able to re-wire the mind for transformation and change. This obsession birthed a deep passion for finding the root cause of conditions and learning how to balance the mind body system holistically to drive transformation at a cellular level.

What advice do you live by?

If you’re lost, lean into it and learn. When you have direction, act. Make mistakes. Be embarrassed. Create a giant mess so you have something to improve. And when you feel lost, repeat the process. You don’t need a mentor, you need experience.

What’s the greatest life skill someone can learn early on?

Closing the gap between idea and execution.

Tech you hate?

Kindle. I’m not willing to give up the dopamine surge gained from getting through a paperback.

What are you interested by that most people haven’t heard of?

Human Design. It’s essentially a body graph that maps our genetic code which shows us how our life force energy is here to engage in the world and helps us understand our own make-up better. We each learn about our strengths and weaknesses through our own lived experience in life through trial and error across a substantial amount of time. Human Design gives us this info in a snapshot and provides a map for us to become aware of this knowledge so that we can then apply it more efficiently in our lives.

What did an early job teach you?

Embrace change, it’s the only way to grow and truly see what you’re made of.
