We're one global team but we've got our own stories. Here's what makes us tick.

What advice do you live by?

"Every new day is an opportunity to learn something new. If there isn’t any for that day, then improvise the current skills and make them better. There is no day that is the same."

What one thing inspires you every day at Square Peg?

"The positivity of the team and opportunities of learning something new each day. The culture of the company plays a big part – where everyone helps one another even when they don’t know much, they will still try to help where they can."

What was the greatest lesson an early job taught you?

"Sink or swim. I was given minimal advice and guidance. I had to learn a lot of new things and think on my feet quick. From my own experience, newbies learn much better and faster in a positive and engaging environment. We don’t lose anything when we share what we know/learn ;)"

What’s your greatest frustration?

"My greatest frustration would be having all the tools at hand and not having free rein to explore from it. From my career background, I’ve learnt on a couple of software platforms depending on their industries. I like to gain knowledge from learning new software and then see possibilities of modifying to make it more efficient for the team and business."

Who is your greatest mentor?

"If ever this comes up in an open conversation – I’ll deny it. Haha! My sister is my greatest mentor because she takes risks in her career decisions and most of the time it pays off. She has worked in a lot of different industries, learn so much from them. At the end of the day, she appreciates the good, learn from the bad and do her best with the sufficient knowledge to align organisation & her personal goals."
